Vintage 1930's JAPAN TIN LITHO STAMP PAD, free shipping

This is a small vintage lithographed tin container that was used as an ink stamp pad. Made in Japan, not much wear.   

Am guessing it was made in the 1930's because of the rubber stamps I got it with. Could be either later or earlier. The ink pad has long since dried up. Nice graphics- I especially like the boy with blue polka dot shirt, orange collar, and asian looking features.
