The tripod is #3040. I am not positive what model the head but it may be a 3047. It's also high quality and includes the removable base plate that attaches to your camera for instant mounting. There are two bubble levels for alignment. The lever that is supposed to raise and lower the elevator piece is not working (stripped gear?) but you can still easily manually raise or lower it and lock into place. Otherwise the unit is in nice shape with some minor wear to the black finish in places. Legs extend and lock into place correctly, all other adjustments work correctly.

Note: this has some weight to it and will probably be considered oversized- so shipping won't be cheap.
