1976 Scrabble DELUXE EDITION - with red tiles, rotating board

FOR SALE- #7. Blue version and the nicest condition of all the Scrabble Deluxe sets I will be selling. Complete with rotating turntable, 100 red wood tiles/embossed white lettering, silver tile bag, instructions, near full pad of score sheets, 4 blue tile holders, mini 1970's S&R game catalog, misc. paperwork, etc.

Box shows some wear and tape residue, contents are all in MINT or NEAR MINT shape. This board is better quality and heavier duty then the ones they are currently making for Scrabble Deluxe and uses thick blue colored plastic- the cheaper versions weigh about half as much and don't use a solid base.

Turntable board can swivel around as each player takes his/her turn, and the tiles won't move around the board even if it gets knocked (or the cat walks across it) because they lock into place. If you play Scrabble often you will wonder how you survived without a Scrabble Deluxe Edition.
