1976 Scrabble DELUXE EDITION with red tiles, rotating board

FOR SALE- #9. Blue version. With rotating turntable, 100 red wood tiles/embossed white lettering, instructions, 4 blue tile holders, and misc. paperwork.

Box shows some a lot of wear, contents only a little wear. There is a small hairline crack in the center of the clear plastic of board- does not cause any issues and is not very easy to spot. This board is better quality and heavier duty then the ones they are currently making for Scrabble Deluxe and uses thick blue colored plastic- the cheaper versions weigh about half as much and don't use a solid base.

Turntable board can swivel around as each player takes his/her turn, and the tiles won't move around the board even if it gets knocked (or the cat walks across it) because they lock into place. If you play Scrabble often you will wonder how you survived without a Scrabble Deluxe Edition.
