I use an almost identical Aroma rice cooker and it has worked perfectly for over 6 years now. The amount of rice I cook at one time is three cups of dry white rice which yields somewhere around 9 cups of cooked rice. For brown rice I usually cook two cups dry at a time which comes out to about 8 cups cooked. It comes out perfectly cooked everytime.
