For Sale: High quality heavy duty paper cutter works great, cuts smooth and easily. Large size.

The blade is sharp. Locks in place. Doesn't stay up in place when you raise it like most of these have found but doesn't cause any problems when cutting. It's possible if you tighten up the bolts it will stay upright but didn't want to mess with it because it works fine as-is.

Shows very little wear.
