Aristo-Craft G Scale - NORTH POLE LOCOMOTIVE + ART-5400 Power Pack - need work

For Sale: The engine runs strong in forward and reverse as shown in video. It's missing the round front cover and headlight, apparently a common issue with these models.  It shows some minor wear and is missing the bell. The connector links on front and back look to be in good working condition.

Loco is HEAVY.

Ideally you will find an original replacement for the front but it doesn't look that hard to manufacture a round wood or plastic disc that would do a good job as well.

The ART-5400 Train Power Pack works but the speed will not adjust faster or slower- it's always at 100%. Turning the dial you can tell it's broken because the pot will just turn round and round. It needs a new pot installed.  Voltage outputs correct on 12VAC and approx. 21 volts DC.
