For Sale: A classic 35mm film slide projector with built in pull out mini display screen.
Just picked this up and during testing the bulb that was in it died- but there was a second brand new in the box Osram bulb included with the set so I installed it. The projector works perfectly in both forward and reverse using either the wired remote control or the buttons on the console. It has some kind of motorized auto-focus that is working well. What makes this model different from your standard Kodak Carousel is that is has an optional pull out mini projection screen built in so you don't have to set up a big projection screen. And it works with the lights on as you can see in the photos. Lamp is dual brightness and I believe if you use the lower setting (which is pretty bright) it extends the life of the bulb.
You can transfer slides into the digital medium simply by taking photos of the screen while viewing the slides with a digital camera or your phone. Results are quite good, but if you project onto a white wall or a projection screen results will probably be even better.
Original manual is included, shows a little wear. A boxed empty 140 slide tray is included, it's like new condition. Comes with the original 102mm Ektanar projection lens and also an Ektanar 102-152mm zoom lens as shown, with it's box. Other extras include a 25 foot extension cord for the wired remote control. And a slightly worn but clean and sturdy leather or vinyl carry case which is great for storage. It did a great job of protecting the projector and accessories over the years.
Everything is very clean and in mint or near mint shape. Original sales receipt included- this cost over $320 back in 1987.
