For Sale: This is a tested and working VOIP adapter with original power supply, network cable, and telephone cable.

I used this for a few years with Google Voice and never had any issues. As you probably know that free service was discontinued a while ago but the adapter will still work as a regular VOIP adapter with other services that you pay a small monthly fee to use.
