Includes original power supply. Has been reset to factory defaults and user name is "admin", password is "password1". IP address is 192.168.1.1.
This is branded Verizon but according to the Actiontec support page this can be used with any cable or DSL service that allows customers to use their own router- this includes Comcast, Cablevision, Time Warner, Verizon DSL, and every cable company I have ever heard of. Note that although this has a Coax input it is NOT a cable modem- FIOS uses Coax to deliver signal to the router but most other ISPs will use a cable or DSL modem which you connect to router with a standard ethernet cable.
