Older metal chrome - SNARE DRUM - playable, can use some work

For Sale:  This drums heads are usable but show wear.

The snare mechanism is not tightening and the internal tamper thing has broken, see photos. Previous owner had applied some clear tape over the snare part and it doesn't sound bad.

No brand name is evident. It's not bad quality IMO.
