Lot #11. Made in the USA around 1977.

Worked well in the organ with good sound quality. I got about 25 ohm DCR on the input and about 300 ohm DCR on output. Features locking bar that will press the springs against a piece of foam during transport. This unit also has some circuitry which I assume is a preamplifier or amplifier unit- can easily be bypassed or removed.
