For Sale: Vintage Life-Like #9537 slot car set probably made in either 1995 or 1997. 23' of track!
Parts checked against the included instruction list and everything is present and account for except for most of the little plastic flagpoles. All 16 curves, all the support pieces, all special track, etc. are here. The stickers for the cars are included and are unused on their sheets. There are also some unused flags.
Two of the curves and the small straight track piece have one broken clip each- see the last photo for details on this. The pieces all still firmly attach to other track sections and I don't think it will cause any issues. One of the 16 guardrail pieces is shorter than the rest (broken off section) and a couple of the others are missing little "leg" sections. Listed on edsgoodstuff webstore They can use some cleaning.
Both the Tide #10 and Havoline #28 car bodies are in nice shape. Both Fast Tracker chassis tested and running strong - see eBay video. Am not a slot car expert and it's possible they may need tune-ups and/or minor adjustments to run reliably on track. Both controllers work well and the original power supply is working great (power supply is not shown in photos but IS included).
Track can probably use some cleanup. No rust/oxidation etc is apparent. Box and instructions have some wear, not too bad.
