Bose Powered Acoustimass 5 Series III - SPEAKER SYSTEM - subwoofer w/amplifier

For Sale: Tested and working powered subwoofer and speaker amplifier designed to be used with the Lifestyle Model 5 Music Center unit.

This listing is just for the subwoofer/amp unit and the power cord, no other cables or accessories are included.

Unlike many similar Bose sub/amp units this model can be used as a standalone system without too much effort.  At minimum you will need a 5 PIN DIN male plug and either two RCA jacks or a 3.5mm headphone jack. You can make your own or buy on fleecebay.  Additionally you can add a switch and a 12 volt trigger power supply to turn the system on and off.  This also powers to main full range speakers through the blue speaker out RCA jacks. Unit does not have a volume control but the bass and treble controls are tested and working

With two Bose dual cube redline speakers attached (available in separate listing) and hooked up to the Music Center the speaker system sounded EXCELLENT. Full range, fantastic bass, no issues.  Listed on edsgoodstuff webstore of course.
