For Sale: Scott FM tube tuner broadcast monitor appears to be working 100%
Made in or around 1958 in MA, USA. It gets good clear reception with just a short piece of wire for antenna. The level/volume control is working correctly and the "Dynural Interstation Noise Suppression" dial is also working. The analog VU station strength meter is working as is it's backlight. The tuner dial and the inner fine tuning dial are both working well.
Looks all original except maybe the vacuum tubes.
Was given a little cleaning when found but it can use a little more detailing . It's got some minor cosmetic wear in places, not bad at all. No apparent damage. I don't know if it's been recapped or worked on but it's possible as it's almost 70 years old and still in remarkable operating condition. Probably could use a good going over by a knowledgeable tech to check for any out of spec components, and to clean the pots with tuner spray, etc.
