Garrard Auto Slim P MK II - HEADSHELL + Fen-Tone phono cart

For Sale- The listing is just for the headshell and phono cart from a vintage Garrard table. The turntable and dust cover are not included.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE that the assembly is now missing the top screw that holds the cartridge assembly to the headshell and the very very tiny screw that holds the plastic piece marked 78/33-45 onto the shaft. The metal piece and spring that the shaft goes through are included. I've lowered the price to reflext this.

The wires are still attached and look to be in good shape.

The cartridge is a Fen-Tone STE-20. Worked on both left and right channels. No excessive hum or static. Played without skipping. Sounded OK when plugged into CD input on receiver, when plugged into phono input worked but sounded a bit distorted- assume this is because it is probably a ceramic and not a magnetic phono cartridge. This is a flip type cartridge and was only tested on the LP stylus because at the time of testing I could not get the cart to rotate, looks like I removed it and then misplaced the two screws at some point long ago. Price accordingly.
