Vintage Microsoft FLIGHT SIMULATOR 4.01 w/5.25" disks/extras

Contents are in mint or near mint shape, box does not show a lot of wear. Complete with 200+ page manual, registration card, five 3 page fold out maps, quick reference card, and original MS agreement envelope. The two 5.25" disks have been verified and archived, and there is also an untested 3.5" floppy that the previous owner labeled Scenery.
