Nintendo Wii game - GUITAR HERO III - LEGENDS OF ROCK - new, complete

For Sale:  The game is brand new never used complete in shrink wrap - HOWEVER:

The case got damaged and the game was loose inside the case- if you shook it you could hear it moving around. Since the shrink wrap already had some wear I peeled back just enough to crack open the case and verify that the disc was still in mint shape with no scratches or damage on it due to it being loose.

It's dead mint on both sides, no wear at all.

Disc was put in a paper CD envelope to prevent any possible future scratching and placed back inside the case.
