Camera shows some cosmetic wear but as far as I can tell it's in working condition. Serial number is 822126. I believe this is a early to mid 1950's Pacemaker model.

Pushing the "wind" lever on lens assembly then releasing the shutter button fires the lens. Speed adjustment seems good- tried several different settings and speed of lens firing changed as expected. Aperture adjustment works correctly. I also wound up the chrome knob on the body and it gets spring released when the shutter is pressed. Lens is a Rapax Synchromatic/Wollnesak USA Rapatar 135mm F/4.7. Glass looks to be in good shape with no visible issues.

I don't know how to take the back of the camera off to look inside but don't see any visible issues. Bellows looks to be in good shape. The knob that adjusts the length of bellows works well as does the locking lever. Has a side mounted Hugo Meyer ranger finder, can use some cleaning. Camera folds up and opens up nicely.

Only damage I see is a small chip in the top mounted plastic cap on viewfinder that has "6 8 15 infinity" printed on it, still adjusts correctly.

Send your zip code for ship cost- should be between $9.95 and $16.95 if you are in the continental USA (Nov. 2012).
