Conn Organ to 11 Pin LESLIE SPEAKER ADAPTER, three relays

I think this adapter is for a 1960's Conn Theater organ to connect with a Leslie 11 pin speaker. However I am not certain.

One end has a Leslie/Hammond style 11 pin female plug, the other has a male plug with 10 flat connectors and two round pins. Externally it shows surface oxidation but internally it appears to be in good shape. It looks pretty simple device with three relays and one resistor. One of the wires has been cut for some reason. Untested and sold as is.
