It powers up, all buttons respond, all lights/display working. Run/Stop starts pump. increases or decrease speed/sound of pump as you use controls to change the numbers in display. Pressing the Purge button changes display to 5.00 and pump runs at it's fastest until the button is released. Includes power cable.

Not a whole lot of wear, overall pretty clean.
