Marantz LS-17 tested 15" WOOFERS with new foam surrounds

One pair rare tested and working woofer speakers removed from a set of huge Marantz LS-17 floor speakers. Made in Japan.

Brand new foam surrounds have been professionally installed and they should be good for another 25+ years. They measure approx. 4.2 ohms each on my meter. Sound quality is excellent with deep deep bass when tested at low, medium, and high volumes. Massive and heavy magnets. Marked SW-38MID-03 2F160. Cones are in good shape with no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. Original mounting screws are included.

These are not from the more common LS-17A speakers but as far as I know they will be compatible.

Will also be selling the midranges, horn tweeters, cone tweeters, and crossovers from this speaker in separate listings. The last photo shows the entire speaker before being parted out- the woofers are shown before new foam was installed.
