For Sale- Tested and working set of rare Pioneer home stereo speakers.
Rated 150 watt, 8 ohm. These are among the heaviest and largest speakers I have come across- each one weighs 68 pounds before packing. The cabinets have real oak veneer with some minor wear and a lot of fading probably from sun exposure. Would be an excellent candidate for sanding down and refinishing with some stain or polyurethane.
All 6 drivers are in mint shape and work perfectly. Sound quality is excellent. The 12" woofers feature thick cast aluminum frames- the shiny metal you see on the front is NOT a cheap bezel, it's actually the woofer frame you are looking at. Have thick cones and treated textile surrounds, no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. The midrange and dome tweeters are also high end drivers. Grill frames are also oak veneer with weathered look, are in pretty good shape. Grill fabric in nice shape.
Each weighs about 68 pounds and measures approx. 35.75" x 16" x 15.5".
