RS made these for many many years and they have become audio legends. Heavy die cast metal cabinets. Woofers have rubber surrounds and cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rub. Dome tweeters are perfectly rounded. Excellent sound quality, no issues. Very clean. Nice metal grills. These are often used as budget studio monitors because as they say "if the mix sounds good on these speakers they will sound good on ALL speakers".
