For Sale: Classic Japanese made fully automatic direct drive turntable made around 1979.
Includes a legendary Shure M91ED phono with brand new stylus- purchased July 2020 and only has about 5 minutes play test time on it.
Sound quality is excellent- no hum, no distortion, no skipping. This is a semi-automatic turntable which means to play an album you move the tonearm over to the first track. You then lower the Cue switch and the tonearm gently drops and album begins to play. At the end of the record the tonearm raises, returns to holder, lowers, and the table powers off. Works correctly every time. Reject button works correctly as well.
Direct drive and quartz lock speed control with built in strobe light- shows speed is rock steady on both 33 and 45 RPM. The dust cover and the turntable do show some minor cosmetic wear, not bad. No apparent chips or cracks. Good hinges.
