Working perfectly, no issues. Includes two standard AAA size NiMH rechareable batteries, transmitter/charger base, and original AC adapter. Excellent sound quality, very good range, comfortable to wear. Plugs into your stereo or TV audio output RCA jacks. You can also hook up to MP3 player and pretty much any other component with inexpensive cord adapters. I tested by plugging directly into a CD player.

Volume control on headphones good, tuning adjustment good, compression feature good, charge light good.
