For Sale: I have owned this receiver for about two years and it's always picked up all the 100+ Sirius stations. It's my belief it has Lifetime Activation but since am not the original owner can't be 100% sure. I have found and sold two other similar receivers with lifetime and they went to very happy buyers.
This was purchased locally for resale. As far as I know you WILL NOT be able to transfer the Lifetime to another radio.
Comes with mobile dock, magnetic mount antenna, and cigarette lighter power adapter. Works good, LCD is nice and sharp, backlight is bright, all controls and buttons work as expected EXCEPT I can't get the Replay feature to work, not sure why. I thought the Sportster "R" was supposed to save the last 30 minutes or so of audio and you could pause or replay- can't get it to do this for some reason. This model allows you to adjust the FM transmitter on any frequency between 87.7 and 107.9 Mhz and I think it used the older/higher pre-FCC power level. FM transmitter works great. The suction cup mount assembly has some large screws attaching it to the dock- works fine but there is a small crack which makes the swivel ball mount kind of loose, still works fine in my opinion.
Reception is quite good- I can use this inside my house with the signal going through the ceiling and roof, no problem.

This is a SIRIUS Sportster R which is a sought after unit for it's FM capabilities. It was obtained at an estate auction and was found to be fully activated. Activation includes over 100 channels including those shown in the pictures. ..... I cannot guarantee any extended activation, however, these units once activated (and not reset) are well known to keep playing. The unit is therefore being sold "as-is" at a reasonable price and whatever activation (could be lifetime, years, months, days) is the big, big, bonus.
