Includes car/truck cradle with suction cup windshiled mount, cigrarette lighter power cord, and magnetic mount antenna with long cord. Works 100%, all controls good, good display, good backlight. Picks up Howard Stern 100 and 101 plus tons of other stations. Deep Tracks, Classic Vinyl, Grateful Dead channel, news, talk, etc. etc.
Note that in the listing photos the screen looks washed out but in person it looks normal and is easy to read. For some reason it won't photograph correctly with my camera.

I have a similar Sirius radio in my car which I use everyday for over 6 years and it too has always picked up all the stations with no need to pay fees. It's my understanding that these older "pre-merger" radios will always continue to operate as they do as long as you don't do a Factory Reset. If you do a Factory Reset you will lose your activation.
