For Sale: Tested and working classic turntable. Made in Japan.
Works 100%. Good sound quality- bass and clear highs. No skipping or hum. Overall very little wear. This is a semi-auto turntable so to start playing an album you move the tonearm over the album and move the cuing switch to gently lower the tonearm- the tonearm lowers and begins playing. At the end of the album the tonearm automatically raises, moves back to the holder, lowers, and the table powers off. Tested a couple dozen times and worked correctly each time. Turntable has built in strobe light and separate speed controls for 33 and 45 RPM- once adjusted speed stays steady.
Overall very little wear, nice and clean. Dust cover stays raised and hinges are in good shape. Not sure of the exact model of the cartridge (just says Pickering on the side) but probably a V15. The included stylus has an odd shape to it but seems to be working fine with good sound quality, if/when you need a new stylus they should be around $10 on ebay with free shipping for standard ones.
Turntable is all original with removable headshell and 45 RPM adapter. Info for the web copied below:
