Vintage 1970's - RYTHMLINE BASS DRUM - 20x14 inch, made in Japan

For Sale: Older Japanese made bass drum in blue sparkle wrap. Heads appear to be in good shape. Approx. 20" in diameter by 14" deep. Shows cosmetic wear but is solid, no apparent damage. Missing one clamp and one wingbolt thing, see photos.

This appears to be marked Reythmline Japan but that can't be right, can it? My guess is that it was made in the 1970's but might be 1960's.
