Vintage model TRAIN TRACK LOT - for Marx tin litho train?

For Sale: 13 pieces of vintage railroad track in overall good shape. I don't know what scale this is considered but think this went with a medium size Marx setup that had tin lithographed cars. It's definitely smaller than Lionel 0 or 027 scale but significantly larger than HO scale.
