For Sale: Powers up. Attached a speaker and heard tones at 400 and 100 settings. Good power light and very clean, near mint condition.

Not sure exactly what this is used for or how to fully test, regardless a very cool looking piece of vintage gear to impress the in-laws and out-laws.
