For Sale: Vintage case in nice shape, very little wear. No rust or oxiditation. Some small scratches and paint marks if you look close.
This may be model cy-979/urr, not sure. Please do your own research. When found this housed a Collins R-390.

In your listing, you mention the possibility that your table cabinet is a type CY-979A table cabinet. I am certain that the table cabinet in your listing is not a type CY-979A table cabinet —but it is still a very nice table cabinet, and I have an R-390 (“non-A”) that needs a table cabinet. I believe that your table cabinet is not military, but a commercial table cabinet.
I also have a Hammarlund SP-600 that needs a table cabinet —but an SP-600 requires a table cabinet that has more available depth than, say, an R-390 requires. Many table cabinets that are suitable for an R-390 do not have sufficient depth for an SP-600.
