Designed to be main home theater speakers placed to the left and right of an HD flat screen but can also be wall mounted with factory hardware (not included), or placed on their side on bookshelfs, or used as center channel speaker on their side in front of display. Also excellent just for two channel stereo music use- their unique and compact design could work well in places with limited space- dorm room, bedroom, etc. Or if you are a home theater surround sound fanatic these could be used as maybe the best rear surround speakers ever.
Audiophile quality sound with excellent bass. Removable grills are solid, just a little wear on the fabric if you look closely, not bad at all. Three of the twelve pegs on each grill have broken off and remain in their holders, can be epoxied or super-glued back in place but with 9 pegs still holding each grill in place it's not going to make much difference and is not necessary. All the drivers are in mint condition and the speakers are working perfectly. Woofers have rubber surrounds and cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. The tweeter domes are protected and perfectly rounded. The four passive radiators are in mint condition.
