Pelonis made a couple different versions of this heater over many years - this one has an all metal body and the On/Off/Fan controls on the front with a red power indicator lamp.  The temperature control is on the back.

Includes a foam dust filter in good shape.

Will heat up a small room pretty quickly.  Heavy and high quality manufacture. Works 100%, nice and clean too.
