Rated 100 watt, 50 watt RMS, 8 ohm.  Not much wear.  Firm surrounds on woofers and poly cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing.  Grills are in good shape.  EXCELLENT sound quality from a relatively small package.  Heavy and well constructed.
