Works 100% and shows very little wear. The remote is a Yamaha VP49730 and is not original to this receiver but seems to control everything correctly including power, volume, tuning, selector, etc. In addition it can control all or most Yamaha CD changers and cassette decks.
Sound quality is excellent, all controls working correctly, no problems. The volume control is motorized when controlled by the remote and interestingly enough the selector dial is also motorized when used with remote- first time I have seen this feature on a receiver. Features preamplifier inputs/outputs.
