1989 Scrabble DELUXE EDITION - w/red tiles, rotating board

FOR SALE- #21. Complete with rotating turntable, 100 red wood tiles/embossed white lettering, cloth tile bag, instructions, a couple blank score sheets, 4 wood tile holders, misc. paperwork, etc.

Note that the "Z" tile is red with gold lettering not red with white lettering.

Box shows some wear and tape residue, contents are in nice shape. This board is better quality and heavier duty then the ones they are currently making for Scrabble Deluxe- the cheaper versions weigh about half as much and don't use a solid base.

Turntable board can swivel around as each player takes his/her turn, and the tiles won't move around the board even if it gets knocked (or the cat walks across it) because they lock into place. If you play Scrabble often you will wonder how you survived without a Scrabble Deluxe Edition.
