Acoustic Research AR91 AR 91 - WOOFER SPEAKERS, for repair

For Sale- Both of these need new foam surrounds.  Removed from legenday AR 91 Teledyne tower speakers.  See my other listings for the tweeters, mids, and xovers.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The plastic bezels and foam gaskets shown in the photos for these woofers have been SOLD.  I lowered the price for just the woofers.

One looks to be easily repairable and only needs foam, the other has a "tired spider" that is slightly offset so the cone is sunken in more than it should be.  It's not frozen in place but movement is much stiffer than on the other.   The first one was tested audibly at low/medium volume with cone pointed upwards and it sounded decent.  Did not check the other one but believe voice coil is OK.  Cones both look to be in good shape with no holes, rips, or tears. Bezels and gaskets are included.

Sold as-is but described honestly.
