8 track tape - CREAM WHEELS OF FIRE Vol. II, needs work

For Sale: Tape looks ok but does not play, seems like it's too tightly wound or something.  It's an Ampex tape and appears someone probably got rid of the sticky roller- repaired or replaced.  Should be an easy fix for someone who knows how to work on these tapes.

Please note due to their vintage nature all 8 track tapes are sold as is.  Even if they test out OK on my Granada portable tape player they may need maintenance now or in the future including replacing foam pads, regluing splices, and replacing/regluing foil pieces. There are lots of web pages and YouTube videos that describe how to do this.  All rollers should be in good shape with no stickiness unless otherwise mentioned.
