Artply The Allison wooden DOLLHOUSE KIT unused in box doll house

For Sale:  Artply No. 77 doll house, made in USA.

The box shows wear and has some tape on it- appeared to be sealed but wasn't positive so I opened up and checked it out.  Everything is in mint or near mint shape, unused, complete.  Precut, no tools need. Minor wear on box. Assembled it's 25" x 22" x 13".
