Vintage 1961 Jensen P12-RJ - MUSICAL INSTRUMENT SPEAKERS -12"

For Sale:  Matched pair of 12 inch tested and working set of rare Jensen P12R J alnico magnet speakers with "hot dog" frames.

I got around 19 ohms DCR on my meter on each and assume they are rated 16 ohm impedance. Wired in parallel get a little under 10 ohms DCR and am confident they will work in that configuration with any amp that requires an 8 ohm load without issues. Marked 220148, P12-RJ, C7198 . Made in the USA in 1961.

These came out of an all tube powered organ and have excellent sound quality. Cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. From what I could find the "RJ" designation was mainly used for applications where midrange and bass tones were important. May work well in some vintage tube powered guitar amps.
