For Sale: Tested and working older classroom style record player.

Works excellent, good sound quality, no skipping, no static, no hum. Plays mono and stereo record. Stylus/needle is flip type- one side for LP records (33 rpm, 45 rpm, 16 rpm) and the other side is for 78 rpm. 4 speeds all working correctly. 1/4" jack for headphones or external speaker. The 4 feet are spring loaded to prevent vibration.

This isn't a "hi-fi" record player but the built in speaker has a full sound to it, so it's great for playing beat up or thrift store records at parties, conventions, and electric coolaid acid tests.

Some cosmetic wear but no excessive. Two minor issues are that the latch that keeps the top cover in place is missing the top part so won't stay shut if carelessly moved around (see last listing photo for details on this). The hinge parts latch correctly. The other thing is that it looks like there originally was some kind of holder to lock the tonearm in place during transport, this part is missing. You could use a rubber band or similar to lock down the tonearm when you transport the player.

Instructions are on inner cover. The needle is in good shape but if you need to replace the cartridge/stylus part number is Newcomb =PP-60-89.
