Tyco HO locomotive - POWERED TENDER + ENGINE - runs well but...

For Sale: This two piece engine tender set came from a Tyco Chatanooga set made in the 1980's.

Northbound headlight is working correctly. As seen in the video it runs pretty well on some track, but on other track the bottom of the tender scrapes against the ties in the track and it runs very rough because of this. On this set the motor is in the tender part not the engine, only one I have seen like this.  Nothing seems to be damaged or broken and I don't see any way to adjust it so the bottom of the tender will raise up any higher. It's just a matter of a tiny fraction of an inch...
