Mint or near mint shape- not positivbe it was ever used except for testing by me. I downloaded the free android app (IOS app available too), put it in a pot of water, and started the process. It quickly heated up the water to the chosen temperature and sent messages to my phone on the progress. Has magnetic base and clip on the side to hold onto pot.
Works 100%, super clean, no issues. Box has just a very small amount of shelf wear.
