Minor wear from normal use. No apparent damage or issues. Excellent sound quality with no hum or static. All dials, sliders, LEDs, inputs, outputs, etc. tested and working well. Includes a Genuine Boss/Roland PSA-120 9 volt AC adapter also made in Japan.
