For Sale: Very nice looking and sounding Japanese made stereo receiver from around 1979.
Tested and appears to be working 100% except for the stereo indicator lamp on FM radio - am not sure if the lamp is burnt out or it's not picking up stereo signal. Gets good FM reception with only short piece of wire for antenna, gets good AM radio reception with the built in rear mounted antenna. Also checked the Aux and Tape inputs/outputs and they are working correctly. The phono inputs were tested with a Technics SL-BD20 turntable and are working great. Sound quality is excellent with no distortion, static, or hum. The bass, treble, balance, volume, loudness, etc controls all work correctly with no static or issues when adjusted. The radio signal strength and tuning analog meters both work and backlights all appear to be good.
The receiver shows some minor wear and was pretty dusty when found- has been given a basic cleaning inside and out. Can use some additional detailing/cleaning but not required. All the dials, switches, pots, were sprayed down with electronic contact cleaner spray and are currently (5/6/26) working without any issues. There are no broken, damaged, or missing parts evident.
