For Sale: This classic receiver appears to be working OK on left channel- see YouTube video below. The other channel has no audio and the removable/modular circuity board for that channel had no power transistors in it when found.

Additionally the shaft for the Tone Mode selector is broken and will need to be repaired or replaced unless you just want to "set it and forget it". As shown in listing photos if you just put the knob in place it tends to stay there and looks fine. I've seen kit's to repair broken shafts on this Marantz model online for around $20.
It looks like someone started to repair this but never finished. The right side modular amp board that needs transistors looks slightly different from the working channel amp so might have been a donor board from another slightly earlier or later design of the 2275. Two transistors were with the amp when I picked up but they are not exactly the same as the Motorola transistors in the working left hand side board- they might be correct replacements but don't feel confident plugging them just to see if they will work or not.
Overall pretty nice cosmetic condition and WELL worth restoring. The faceplate lettering is all in good shape. FM stereo reception is pretty good with just a small piece of wire for antenna. On the working channel the sound quality sounds excellent to me, no hum or distortion. VU tuning meters working. Some of the lites are out but the AM indicator light, the Aux, and the Tape 2 are working when switched, not positive about all the others.
Sold as-is for parts or repair.
