JVC L-E600 - LINEAR TRACKING TURNTABLE - w/new belt, good needle, tested

For Sale:  Classic Japanese made fully automatic stereo  turntable in good working condition.

Sound quality is full range with good bass and highs. No skipping, no hum, no distortion. All controls and features working correctly. NOTE: Make sure the top cover is firmly closed all the way down or the needle won't make correct contact with the record.

This features Auto-Start and Auto-Stop at the end of record. At the end of a record the tonearm will return to original position and table will power down. Works reliably. You can use the arrow buttons to move the motorized tonearm back and forth to the track you want to play. Cuing buttons works correctly.

This is pretty clean. Shows just a small amount of wear the worst being a small scratch in the finish of the cover. A new belt was put on in Feb. 2026, works well. A printed copy of the manual is included.

The cover hinges are working and will hold cover up as shown in the photos and down when playing a record - note that the cover doesn't raise up real high but it may raise up higher if a little more force is used. I did not attempt this because there was some resistance at that point and did not want risk possibly damaging the hinges.... There is enough room when open to place a record on the platter and clean it with a D4 dust cleaner and that is enough IMO.
