Peavey Mark III BASS GUITAR AMPLIFIER, 300 CHS - tested

For Sale: Tested and working classic 1980's Peavey Bass Guitar amp head. 150 watts/4 ohm. Made in the USA.

Works 100%, excellent sound quality. Shows cosmetic wear and the "high shelving" pot for the equalizer has the tip broken off but can still be turned without much effort. How often do you use "high shelving" anyway? 7 band equalizer works good, all dials and switches just cleaned with electronic contact cleaner spray. Features high and low EQ shelving pots, pre and post Gain controls, hi and low inputs, line patch send/return jacks, bright switch, and punch switch. Two 1/4" output jacks.

I just re-soldered the circuit board contacts on the input jacks to avoid any issues with cold solder joints as happen sometimes with Peaveys if the cords get jerked around a lot.

These amps are real workhorses and have a reputation for long lives and reliability.
